Full Time ADMIN GROUP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in TRINIDAD HOSPITALITY SDN BHD Federal Territory - Maukerja

As our Admin Group Business Development you'll be working with our Business Development team to oversee and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations and business development of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research and prospecting activities.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations and supporting documents for Group Business Development Manager (GBDM).
• Conduct market assessments to evaluate growth potential, creating and implementing business plans for market entry and expansion.
• Drive business growth and increase market share through innovative and effective sales strategies.
• Conduct basic market research and feasibility analysis.
• Supporting proposal and tender activities, conducting market research and competitor analysis and coordinating with internal stakeholders / management.
• Monitor and analyze targeted business opportunities to collect necessary information for potential development of new business opportunities.
• Follow up on business opportunities and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Procure, prepare & submit all necessary documents for the development of new business opportunities for the company.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Understand business challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams / department to ensure smooth onboarding of newly secured hotels.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities and progress.
• Contribute with Group Business Development Manager (GBDM) by accomplishing related results as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as a Business Development Executive, advantage if you have experience in Hospitality/Hotels.
• Proficient in both English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ambitious and energetic with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• Diploma or BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
