Full Time OPERATION ENGINEER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in DUTA MARINE SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

• Assist the Operation Lead in coordinating the day-to-day operational and technical activities of the company fleet.
• Support the planning and execution of vessel maintenance, repairs, dry docking, statutory surveys, inspections, and technical operations.
• Support the operation, maintenance, and technical activities of marine vessels, FSO/FPSO facilities, and offshore assets, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations in accordance with client and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in coordinating mechanical and piping works, including installation, fabrication, maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities for vessels and offshore projects.
• Provide technical support for field operations and assist in issuing operational instructions to Vessel Masters, Chief Engineers, contractors, and service providers.
• Attend vessel inspections, client visits, surveys, and audits together with the Operation Lead, and follow up on corrective actions where required.
• Monitor contractors performing vessel repairs, mechanical, and piping works to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, ship agents, and vendors for the procurement and timely delivery of stores, spare parts, mechanical equipment, and piping materials.
• Review supplier quotations to ensure compliance with technical specifications, commercial requirements, and project schedules.
• Support daily procurement activities, including preparing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and coordinating shipment schedules.
• Review vessel monthly reports, maintenance records, and machinery performance reports, highlighting operational issues to the Operation Lead.
• Maintain accurate operational and technical records in accordance with the Company's Health, Safety Management System (HSMS) and statutory requirements.
• Review engineering drawings, P&IDs, piping isometric drawings, and technical documents to support operational and project activities.
• Liaise with internal departments, clients, contractors, and classification societies to ensure smooth execution of operational activities.
• Assist the Operation Lead in preparing technical reports, project updates, budgets, and operational documentation.
• Ensure all assigned activities are carried out in compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable international standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Operation Lead or Management.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
