Contract Period: From 01 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027.

Option to Extend: From 01 Jan 2028 to 31 Dec 2028.

Personnel will be deployed on either shift 1 or 2, subject to school’s need:

Shift 1

•Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

•Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

OR

Shift 2

•Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

•Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Requirement:

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

•GCE “N” Level or equivalent;

•Microsoft office skills;

•Experience in administration

The Personnel should preferably have the following:

•First-aid certification

Job Scopes：

The services required are set out as follows:

Administrative duties

•Receptionist functions & front-desk operations

•Coordinate transport services

•Provide logistics coordination

•Handle students who are ill or injured, including accompany students to hospital (when necessary only)

•Attend to incoming phone calls, walk-in and email queries

•Mail sorting

•Simple administrative works such as filing

•Assist in processing Financial Assistance Scheme for students

•Other duties or financial tasks assigned by administration manager or school leaders.
