Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced M&E Engineer to design, develop, and oversee mechanical and electrical system installations, ensuring compliance with regulations, codes, and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise mechanical and electrical installation, testing, and commissioning to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to identify and resolve technical issues and discrepancies
• Monitor project progress to ensure M&E contract works meet industry standards, codes, and safety requirements
• Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure M&E works are completed within allocated resources
• Oversee internal and external contractors to maintain quality and scope of work within specifications
• Develop, track, and report on project schedules, material submissions, and shop drawings

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the A&A or Construction industry
• Proven experience in the mechanical and electrical (M&E) industry

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working in a main contractor company
