The role involves supporting the Creative & Communication department at Sevenvault in various tasks.

Written Content Creation

• Manage & create written content of all forms on Sevenvault’s social media platforms (Sevenvault, Sevenpie and AC Platform) to ensure scheduled flow of contents are being delivered.
• Coordinate and improve processes related to creative filing and management of campaigns.
• Source and prepare checklists/tracking system for project initiatives.
• Ensure that all documents, visuals, and materials created are well documented.

Visual Creation

• Conceptualize, create and publish daily contents (combining both written captions and visuals) on Sevenvault’s social media platforms.
• Produce and design visuals for Sevenvault’s materials (internal and external).
• To support team members in creating visuals and graphics that would help in achieving business & efficiency goals (eg: business proposal design, editing of KOL visuals, training deck designs etc.)
• To create visuals that support platforms of Sevenvault (but not limited to): Company assets (company profile), Sevenpie articles and Instagram content.
• Content/asset/writing pieces that represent the identity of Sevenvault.
• Ensure that all documents, visuals, and materials created are well documented.

Other Responsibilities

• Assist in reaching out/engaging with influencers.
• Assist with the design and execution.
• Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on the company’s social media platforms .
• Assist in managing the accounts of Sevenvault’s Instagram.
• Assist in the Daily Huddle reporting/insights/analytics.
• Assist the Management Team in admin related matters.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects.
