Kerja Sepenuh Masa Purchase Assistant, Gaji tinggi SGD 2,800 di LINCSTECH CIRCUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• To support purchasing function for alternate site shipping arrangements and documentation
• Issue PO, generate reports and monitor deliveries/lead-time
• Shipment arrangements with forwarder and ensure permit applied on time
• Preparation of shipping documents such as invoices, packing list and all others required documents
• Coordinate with relevant sections to ensure smooth shipment pack according to standard and deliver on time
• Shipment arrangements & documentation between alternate site business
• Handle all shipping problems such as damage cargo and custom clearance matters
• Ensure proper filing of the documentation from quotation, PO, invoice, packing list and others
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements:

• A-Level with minimum 2 years’ Shipping experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Resourceful, adaptable, well-organized and meticulous with eye for details
• Good communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels
• A good team player who possesses drive, resourceful, initiative and ability to work independently
