Get ready to embark on a transformative journey with HTX's newly formed xCode function, focusing on the organic in-house development of core software modules for the mission critical and sensitive systems. This new setup aims to achieve greater control, agility and responsiveness to evolving operation needs to the dynamic operating environment for software delivery.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Support Head Product Management in managing multiple Product Teams, ensuring alignment in product development, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Coordinate product roadmaps, track team performance, and facilitate collaboration between Product Teams and the Engineering pillar, ensuring the technical guidance is effectively integrated into product development.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in product management, software development, or related areas
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, programming, product backlog management, and stakeholder coordination
  • Strong collaboration skills, adaptability, analytical thinking, structured written communication, and the ability to work independently across product teams

    All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
