Full Time Business Development Operations Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in Elabram Systems Federal Territory - Maukerja

Employment Details:

• Official Role Title : Business Development (Instant Mart) - BD Support Agent
• Contract duration: until 31 December 2026
• Work arrangement: Menara Southpoint
• Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
• Basic: RM2,800

Job scope:

• Seller onboarding and offboarding: Be responsible for seller information collection, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding (account creation, whitelisting etc) and offboarding
• Listing management: Help sellers upload/edit listings per request and maintain change of pricing/stock level etc etc
• Device management: We offer sellers a hand-held EDC per outlet; and this device is for outlet staff to receive orders. We need to collab with vendor to order device and ship to seller end, also be responsible to fix issues if device is broken etc
• Other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in any field is required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience in working with Excel software
• Independent and flexible to take on new tasks
• Experience with data entry, and record-keeping.
• Experience in working with Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Pay: RM2,799.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
