Job Description

MAFAR Group is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads and support business growth across the group's businesses.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
• Manage social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Create and implement content strategies to improve engagement and brand visibility.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns such as Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Generate quality leads to support sales and business development activities.
• Conduct market research and identify new marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate with the creative and sales teams to achieve marketing objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication or related field.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising.
• Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Experience running lead generation campaigns for service-based businesses is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Creative, proactive and results-oriented.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
