Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities, including screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
• Help with HR operations such as documentation, filing, and data entry.
• Maintain and update employee personal files accurately.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and other HR-related documents.
• Perform any other tasks as needed or assigned by the HR team.
