Full Time Operations Superintendent Jobs, in EPOMS Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

Safety & Compliance Leadership

• Enforce strict HSE policies, conducting audits and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with related regulations (e.g., OSR, DOSH, AELB).
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.

Team Management

• Supervise team consist of engineers, planners, and executives, providing mentorship and performance evaluations.
• Promote collaboration among onshore support team including supports from other departments including partners.
• Leadership development and self-improvement for career succession plan.
• Define own and team contribution in KPIs setting for each target calendar year as per client project forecast development.

Operational Excellence

• Optimize production processes to meet targets while minimizing downtime.
• Oversee maintenance schedules, troubleshooting technical issues with engineering teams.
• Manage operational budgets, cost control, and resource allocation.

Strategic Planning & Reporting

• Collaborate with planner and maintenance team on long-term maintenance and project schedules as well as planned shutdown activities.
• Oversee reports on performance metrics, incidents, and KPIs for internal and clients.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify and implement innovations to enhance safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Degree in Engineering, Marine Operations, or Offshore Oil & Gas Management (or equivalent experience)
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in offshore production operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
