Job Summary

We are looking for a System Administrator with 3–6 years of experience to manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, system administration, user access, IT assets, and operational documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong Windows Server administration skills, experience with Active Directory, and a solid understanding of IT security, access management, and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows servers and IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and user access management.
• Manage role-based access control (RBAC) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and vendor records.
• Monitor security logs, audit activities, and investigate security incidents.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and maintenance support.
• Perform system troubleshooting and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in System Administration or IT Operations.
• Strong experience with Windows Server Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience managing user access, identity management, and permissions.
• Knowledge of IT asset management and software license management.
• Understanding of IT security best practices and system hardening.
• Experience with system monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, or Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of PowerShell or Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices.
