Full Time Desk Engineer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,900 in Government Organization Southwest (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support.
• Log, categorize, prioritize, and assign incidents/service requests using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management, Freshservice, ManageEngine, etc.).
• Monitor incident queues and ensure tickets meet defined SLA timelines.
• Perform first-call resolution wherever possible.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/Level 3 support teams.
• Update users regularly on ticket status and expected resolution times.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and knowledge articles.
• Generate daily or weekly reports on ticket volumes and SLA performance when required.
• Working on 12 hours day and night shift

Pay: $2,260.87 - $3,900.00 per month
