Position Title: Operations Assistant
Working Location: Changi Airport
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm, Sat: 9am – 1pm)
Salary Package: Basic $2500 - $2800 + OT + AWS + VB
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound terminal clearance.
Check flight alerts and pre-alerts for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Coordinate with network offices, customers, customer service teams, vendors, and the internal delivery team.
Scan, process, and label shipments accurately.
Handle cargo documents, including MAWB, HAWB, and other related shipment documents.
Perform data entry in the system and ensure shipments are delivered according to SLA requirements.
Manage email communication using Outlook.
Coordinate import, export, and local Singapore delivery arrangements.

Valid Class 3 driving licence is required.
Prior experience in the freight or courier industry will be an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge, including Outlook and data entry.
