Full Time IT ONSITE SUPPORT (Contract) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in TANGSPAC CONSULTING PTE LTD Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provides second-line investigation and diagnosis
• Resolves and closes incidents/service requests as per helpdesk procedures & allocated timelines
• Escalates unresolved incidents/service requests within agreed timescales
• Logs relevant incident/service request details per helpdesk procedures
• Communicates with client regarding incident progress
• Troubleshoots and resolves PC incidents and/or VIP requests
• Ensures tickets are updated at all times until issues are resolved
• Liaises with clients, other IT support groups and 3rdparty providers when necessary
• Coordinates with vendors for hardware repair
• Performs staging of PCs / Laptops
• Performs IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change)
• Administrate mobile phone requests (Corporate Sim card)
• Prepare Video Conferences on request
• Assists on special events coverage
• Creates/maintains documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of working experience with desktop/network equipment in IT environment, providing onsite support
• Possess an ITE or Diploma in Computing/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field of study
• Proficient in utilizing a variety of office software, specifically: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook
• Ability to write technical support documentation a plus
