Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site operations for cable laying, jointing, tunneling, and associated civil works.
• Monitor subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, consultants, and clients regarding site progress and technical matters.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, manpower deployment, and material records.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization.
• Resolve on-site issues and support timely completion of project milestones.
• Attend site coordination meetings and toolbox briefings.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to environmental and safety regulations.
