Job Description:

• Oversee and manage the company's daily operations.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals.
• Supervise and lead employees, ensuring efficient performance and productivity.
• Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare management reports and provide recommendations to directors.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Singapore business regulations and industry practices is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
