Full Time SYSTEMS - APPLICATIONS MANAGER Jobs, in Maclean Services Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Leads the planning, implementation and the maintenance of business-critical systems and applications

• Evaluates and implement new technologies, aligned with organization’s mission and goals to improve efficiency and performance

• Prepare project proposals and conduct analysis for technology enhancements.

• Ensure system security, data integrity and compliance with internal and external regulations

• Acts as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements

• Resolves technical issues related to databases, operating systems, and applications

• Develops and maintain relevant processes and its documentations for systems and applications

• Manages vendors and negotiate contracts for software, services and support

• Creates and manages Information Technology (IT) budgets

• Participates in meetings and committees to analyze processes, review costs/benefits, plan testing, and rollout new systems

• Performs system administration including installation, configuration, and upgrades

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, ICT, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role in IT management, system administration and application support

• Proven experience leading cross-functional IT projects

• Strong understanding of enterprise applications i.e. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Experience with cloud platforms.

• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Possess strong analytical skills, result and detail oriented, organized, innovative, proactive and has a sound problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities

• Proficient in both hardware and software, broadband connection, Microsoft 365, Oracle Netsuite, and Google Drive environment, solid understanding of IT systems and applications offering in the market.
