Penerangan Kerja

Tanggungjawab

1.     Update employee database (including leave andmedical claims)

2.     Check duty roster against actual attendance

3.     Manage work pass applications, renewals andcancellations

4.     Compute overtime hours Full cycle of payroll(using payroll system)

5.     Maintain proper filing of records

6.     Submit Medical claim to Insurer’s Portal

7.     Coordinate the sending of documents to variousdepartments


Requirements:

1.     At least 1-2 years of relevant workingexperience

2.     Able to multi-task effectively with minimalsupervision

3.     Knowledge of employment act, wage and salarylaws and regulations

4.     Good communication and interpersonal skills

5.     Empathy and respect for people

6.     Positive and able to find joy in things you do
