Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise administrative staff including assistants, receptionists, and clerks to deliver effective office support and maintain team productivity
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures to standardize operations and ensure compliance with regulations
• Coordinate scheduling, communications, and documentation to maintain organized and timely information flow across departments
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Manage office budgets by monitoring expenses, controlling supplies, and maintaining vendor relationships to optimize resource use
• Support HR activities by facilitating onboarding processes, tracking attendance, and monitoring employee performance metrics to enhance workforce management
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to inform decision-making and track office performance

Required competencies and certifications

• Experience in administration within the construction or engineering sector
• Strong knowledge of BCA CRS, MOM work-pass applications, and ACRA/IRAS procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with construction project documentation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or equivalent
• Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
