about the job.You will deliver comprehensive technical support and maintenance for critical business systems within the enterprise domain to ensure seamless daily operations.

• provide second-level technical troubleshooting to identify root causes and implement corrective actions for complex system issues.

• oversee the incident management lifecycle by coordinating with internal technology teams and external vendors to meet defined service levels.

• act as a primary gatekeeper for the production environment by reviewing planned changes and mitigating potential operational risks.

• manage the resolution of problem tickets and track long-term improvement actions to maintain system stability in line with corporate standards.

• execute system monitoring activities and participate in essential infrastructure upgrades or business continuity exercises.

skills and experience required.

• proven experience in production support or application development within a large-scale corporate environment.

• strong technical proficiency in analyzing and resolving software performance issues across enterprise-level platforms.

• familiarity with standard ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management workflows.

• ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders including business users and third-party technology partners.

• bachelor degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical discipline.
