Job Summary

If you are an Engineering professional,Emerson has a great opportunity for you! Based in our Singapore location, youwill handle engineering support for production and resolve manufacturing issuesas well as participate and support in engineering changes, qualification andimprovement. You will support production line daily sustaining activities anddevelop, update and revise manufacturing procedures.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities WillBe:

• Serving as technical expert to support production and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Supporting engineering changes, deviation request, training, qualification and update procedures.
• Streamline process through supporting continuous improvement and automation implementation.
• Providing support on improvement activities through workflow and digital tools.
• Daily sustaining activities of the assigned product line, including red-light resolution, product configuration support, and general technical inquiries
• Develop work instructions and conducting training for legacy and newly introduced processes.
• Leads manufacturing process quality improvement initiatives.
• Pursues PMI qualification licenses to comply with Singapore NEA requirements for the factory's new capabilities

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. Preferably with 1 to 2 years of proven experience. Candidates without work experience are encouraged to apply.
• Able to think out of the box with strong desire to learn and a great teammate.
• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Demonstrate strong ownership, adaptability, and a willingness to grow with Emerson.

Preferred Qualifications That Set YouApart:

• Experience/interested in Power BI, SQL Query, programming, Power Automate or Power App will be an added advantage.
