Full Time Assistant Contract Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 6,000 in CHINA HARBOUR (SINGAPORE) ENGINEERING COMPANY PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the construction team to prepare accurate and complete documents for Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Open Tender processes
• Identify and engage potential tenderers and subcontractors by sending timely RFQ invitations
• Facilitate communication by coordinating queries and clarifications between tenderers and the construction team during the RFQ stage
• Organize and coordinate post-tender interviews involving tenderers, construction, quantity surveying, and contracts teams to support decision-making
• Assist commercial and contracts managers with quantity surveying tasks related to Sub-Contracts, Works Orders, and Purchase Orders to ensure contract accuracy
• Support the contracts team in administering subcontracts to maintain compliance and proper documentation
• Process and verify payment requests from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate payments
• Perform additional ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Contracts Manager to support project and contract needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Purchasing/Procurement, Business, or Engineering
• 5 to 10 years of experience in quantity surveying and subcontract administration within construction projects
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Contract/Construction Law

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working on Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects
