We're looking for a proactive and experienced Full Stack Web Developer to be our in-house web development expert. You’ll take ownership of the entire web development lifecycle, including planning, development, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

You'll work closely with the marketing team, designers, and management to transform ideas into functional, user-friendly, and high-performing digital solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, solving technical challenges, and wants to make a direct impact on the business.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain company and client websites and web applications. 
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. 
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces and robust back-end systems. 
• Build and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services. 
• Ensure websites are secure, scalable, optimized, and mobile-friendly. 
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues independently. 
• Work closely with designers and the marketing team to implement new features and improve user experience. 
• Manage website hosting, domains, SSL certificates, server configurations, and deployment. 
• Perform regular website updates, backups, security monitoring, and performance optimization. 
• Research and recommend new technologies, tools, and best practices to improve development efficiency. 
• Document development processes and technical implementations for future reference.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• At least 1 year of working experience as a Full Stack Web Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development frameworks. 
• Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular. 
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Bun, Python, or similar. 
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, or other databases. 
• Experience with Git and version control. 
• Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS/ GCP), server management, and deployment processes. 
• Understanding of website security, performance optimization, and SEO best practices. 
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision. 
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset. 
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
