Full Time Roving Engineer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,600 in OPUS IT SERVICES PTE LTD West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Employment Type: 2-Year Renewable Contract

Salary: $2,500 – $2,600

Location: West Area / Ang Mo Kio

Working Hours (Rotating Schedule)

Monday – Friday

• 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Minimum Qualification: Diploma in IT or a related discipline

Key Responsibilities

• Perform asset management for IT infrastructure and computing devices.
• Provide technical support, including troubleshooting, configuration, patching, testing, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Support Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
• Handle helpdesk requests and provide onsite end-user support across multiple locations.
• Work closely with third-party vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Provide user training, coaching, and guidance on the proper use of computing devices.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Diploma in IT or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Experience supporting Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proactive, organised, and able to multitask effectively.
