Job Summary

Manage accounting, payroll, HR administration, and office operations to support efficient business functions and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions and record journal and month-end accounting entries to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate accounting records for audit readiness and compliance
• Prepare and submit GST (F5) filings in accordance with regulatory deadlines
• Administer HR functions including tracking leave records and attendance to support workforce management
• Prepare and process payroll, CPF contributions, IR8A forms, Employment Pass applications, and government claims to ensure timely and compliant employee compensation
• Manage office administration tasks such as vendor coordination, office maintenance, insurance renewals, and service contract oversight to maintain smooth operations
• Coordinate with company secretary, external auditors, government agencies, and service providers to facilitate compliance and reporting requirements
• Handle directors’ personal administrative matters with discretion and accuracy
• Provide administrative support and execute ad hoc duties as assigned to support organizational needs
