About Role

What will you gain experience in:

• To assist in maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) of Novugen Pharma R&D facilities.
• Responsible to review Analytical Development and Formulation Development documentation.
• Responsible to review stability protocol and report for stability studies.
• Responsible for document and record control including issuance, distribution, retrieval, destruction and archival of documents.
• Responsible to ensure timely distributes of latest document in the related areas.
• Responsible in maintaining the availability of softcopy documents in QA's server.
• Responsible to review and distribute the technology transfer (TT) documents to the receiving Unit (CMO and Novugen's manufacturing plants) for Novugen Pharma's products.
• Responsible in reviewing the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• To assist in handling the deviation and change control.
• Responsible to update Quality Assurances activities in monthly report.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by superior from time to time based on organizational needs.
• To assist in coordinating QA training program.

About you

Job Requirements:

• Must be a final year Degree student in Pharmaceutical Technology, Biotechnology, or relevant field.
• Able to attend minimum of 6 months period of internship
• Must be willing to work in Hicom-Glenmarie, Shah Alam

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
