Full Time Building Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,700 in Jasaland Selangor - Maukerja

Experience

1. Must have experience in Building Management Operations

2.Must be able to organise Monthly meetings with JMB / MC and AGM with preparing minutes of meetings

3. Must be willing to wok under pressure with long working hours

4. Must be able to handle a Team Technical and Non Technical staffs

5. Must be able to do monthly Property Management Reports

6. Must be able to handle contractual matters for all Service Contracts

7. Must be able to coordinate with all authorities i.e. TNB, COB, Majlis, Syabas etc

8. Must be familiAr with Strata Management Act 2013, Act 757

9. Must be familiar with all Building Insurance Matters

10. Must be proactive as Building Executive

Skills

1. Must have good communication skills

2. Must have good negotiation skills

3. Must have good management skills

4. Must have computer skills

5. Must have good ethics of working

6. Additional skills and knowledge in Building Management Accounting Software

7. A must in good Team work

Qualification

1. Preferable with Diploma/ Degree in Real Estate Management , Property Management, Building Surveying Or any Engineering Degree (Civil or Electrical or Facility Management or Technology Management )

2. Fresh Graduate even without any experience can be considered with minimum 1 year experience in Building Management Office but must have the knowledge in Property Management but salary will be accodingly

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
