Job Title: Processing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Processing Executive to manage the end-to-end loan processing cycle for Personal Loans and Mortgage Loans. The successful candidate will ensure loan applications are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process Personal Loan and Mortgage Loan applications from submission to disbursement.
• Review loan applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure loan documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Follow up with customers for outstanding documents and provide timely updates.
• Maintain accurate records in the loan processing system.
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer enquiries.
• Support audit requirements and ensure proper loan documentation is maintained.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in a financial institution.
• Experience in loan processing is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
