Full Time Executive, Process Improvement (Warehousing) Jobs, in 7-Eleven Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

Job Descriptions:

1. Analyze end-to-end warehouse processes (receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch)
2. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and process gaps; propose practical solutions
3. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
4. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse processes
5. Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, picking accuracy, turnaround time, and productivity
6. Work closely with warehouse operations team to implement process changes and ensure adoption
7. Conduct time-motion studies and workflow analysis
8. Drive cost reduction initiatives (labour optimization, space utilization, process automation)
9. Support implementation and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
10. Train warehouse staff on new processes and best practices
11. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field
2. 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or process improvement
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement tools (certification is an advantage)
5. Experience with WMS or ERP systems
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting)
7. Good communication and stakeholder management skills
8. Ability to work on-site in a warehouse environment

Preferred Skills:

1. Knowledge of warehouse layout optimization and slotting
2. Experience in automation projects (RF scanning, conveyor systems, etc.)
3. Ability to handle data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
4. Project management skills

Note: This position is based at our Distribution Centre (DC) in Bukit Raja, Klang. The role requires on-site presence to drive warehouse process improvement initiatives, optimize operational efficiency, support WMS implementation, and work closely with warehouse operations and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, and compliance.
