Soybean Factory Production Sdn Bhd is a fast-growing F&B company specializing in soy-based desserts. We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to support our daily office operations and coordinate between management, departments, and outlets.This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy administrative work, multitasking, and gaining exposure to business operations in a growing F&B company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily administrative tasks including documentation, filing, correspondence, and reporting.
• Manage office supplies, procurement, and supplier coordination.
• Maintain records for employee claims, petty cash, payment documents, and administrative files.
• Coordinate communication between management, departments, and outlets.
• Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and ensure proper follow-up on action items.
• Provide administrative support to management including scheduling, appointments, and business arrangements.
• Monitor business license renewals and ensure deadlines are completed on time.
• Monitor and process monthly utility payments, including WiFi, TNB, Indah Water, and other company-related bills, ensuring all payments are completed accurately and within the required deadlines.
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and company projects when required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience.
• Experience in F&B, retail, or multi-outlet business is an added advantage.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Responsible, independent, and willing to learn.
