- Design and develop Automation, AI and data analytics solutions for customers in collaboration with customers, tech partners and internal stakeholders.
- Define business problems with customers, develop analytics models per customer needs and data.
- Establish data handling framework and practices for continuous delivery of solutions.
- Summarize and synthesize large and complex data into structured and easy to understand strategic messaging and direction.
- Build data models for AI Transformation team's strategic planning: financial planning, annual KPI planning, coordination and alignment with other stakeholders.
- Work with Technology & Operations team to implement Automation and Data analytics solutions.
- Market intelligence to learn from global best practices and stay aware of competitive & market pressures
- 3+ years of Data Analytics experience in an industrial corporation / use case.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science is required, MBA is preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, use of data and logic to backup decisions and improve understanding.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders.
- Effective cross-functional collaborator.
- Flexibility & adaptability to adjust priorities according to business needs.
