Provide engineering and operational support for Maybank's backup infrastructure. Support both operational and project needs related to backup systems. Ensure backup processes and procedures are well defined and maintained to support business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for backup infrastructure.
• Support backup infrastructure projects and migrations.
• Define SOPs and create technical documentation for backup processes.
• Work under pressure with minimal guidance to resolve backup issues.
• Collaborate with team members and management to deliver critical projects.
• Support day-to-day business-as-usual operations and reduce backup failures.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
