• Attending to phone calls, emails, walk-in customers, and online order
• Handle customer inquiries via various channels.
• Typing of reports and invoices
• Prepare Quotation
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
• Computer literate and have good typing skills
• Able to start work soon will be preferred
• Good Customer Service Skills
• Able to use Microsoft Excel & Word
• Able to work on weekends and holidays
• 6 days work week

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
