Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure DevOps & Cleo Harmony)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Employment Type: Contract (6 Months)

Role Overview

We are looking for a EDI Developer/Senior DevOps Engineer to support the migration of CI/CD pipelines from Azure DevOps to GitHub Actions while working on enterprise B2B integration platforms, including Cleo Harmony. The ideal candidate has strong DevOps experience, hands-on CI/CD knowledge, and exposure to EDI/B2B integration environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Migrate existing Azure DevOps pipelines to GitHub Actions.
• Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Cleo Harmony integration solutions.
• Participate in migration activities from legacy integration platforms (e.g., Primeur Spazio) to Cleo Harmony.
• Automate deployment, testing, and release processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot deployment pipelines and production issues.
• Collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to deliver integration solutions.
• Ensure security, reliability, and best practices across DevOps processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience building and maintaining GitHub Actions workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline migration projects.
• Experience with Cleo Harmony or other EDI/B2B integration platforms.
• Knowledge of EDI concepts and protocols such as AS2, SFTP, X12, and EDIFACT.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience working in Windows and Linux environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Primeur Spazio migration projects.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Azure Cloud services.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with enterprise integration or middleware platforms such as IBM Sterling, Axway, or SEEBURGER.
