Job Summary

You will execute architectural works for building construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance through effective supervision, coordination, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility
• Develop and manage work schedules, material requisitions, and cost controls to meet project timelines and budgets
• Supervise architectural works on-site, coordinating technical matters with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly
• Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with safety, environmental regulations, and company ISO standards
• Document project progress and maintain accurate records for quality assurance and audit purposes

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience supervising architectural works in building construction to ensure effective project delivery

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree qualification supporting architectural or construction project management roles
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and foster teamwork
