Kerja Sepenuh Masa Finance Intern, Gaji tinggi SGD 1,200 di BARGHEST BUILDING PERFORMANCE PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

As the Finance Intern, you will:

• Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) duties, including verification of invoicing request, invoice posting, issue tax invoice
• Support Accounts Receivable (AR) management by monitoring outstanding balances and analyzing AR trends to provide insights on collection performance and payment patterns
• Assist in preparing and updating cash flow forecasts by compiling financial data, monitoring inflows and outflows, and supporting the finance team in cash management analysis
• Assist in documenting and standardizing Finance Department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including process mapping and coordination with team members to ensure clear and efficient workflows
• Support the finance team in ERP system migration activities
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures, accounting standards and regulatory requirements
•  Assist in day-to-day finance operations tasks

You should have:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal, written, listening, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and be organised
• A commitment period of at least 3-6months

It would be good to have:

• Knowledge of, or experience with. accounting systems such as Xero / Quickbooks
