Full Time QUANTITY SURVEYOR Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in ASK M&E PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates for projects and tender submissions.

• Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare contract documentation in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in cost estimation and quantity takeoff techniques.
• Knowledge of relevant construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
• Generally covering the scope of a Quantity Surveyor from Pre to Post contract Works (e.g. Tendering to final account).

Requirements

• Diploma in QS or its equivalent
• 2-3 years and above experience as Quantity Surveyor in Construction Industry
• Knowledge of both civil and architectural works is preferred
• Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders
• Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
