Responsibilities:
Serve customer and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner
Ensure food preparation and cooking are carried out according to company standards
Monitor food quality, portion control and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
Assist with serving food and beverages
Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety regulations
Handle and resolve kitchen-related issues when required
Assist with daily operations and other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in F&B Services
At least a Certificate in Food & Beverage services
Great communication skills
Able to commit shift work, weekends and public holidays.
