Full Time Assistant Restaurant Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,800 in FOC RESTAURANT PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS

·      Manage and store vendors’ contracts andinvoices

·      Coordinate communication between front of thehouse and back of the house staff

·      Prepare shift schedules

·      Process payroll for all restaurant staff

·      Supervise kitchen and wait staff and provideassistance, as needed

·      Keep detailed records of daily, weekly andmonthly costs and revenues

·      Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding(scheduling trainings and ordering uniforms)

·      Monitor compliance with safety and hygieneregulations

·       Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus
