Job Scope
- Work with management in coordinating and planning journal production activities.
- Overseeing quality control throughout the production process.
- Determining quality control standards.
- Provide administration assistance to Production Managers when needed.
- Prepare and review internal documentations for management and production staffs.
- Monitor and manage production schedules for timely delivery.
- Proofread company documents before printing and releasing.
- Develop work orders and schedules for upcoming productions.
- Responsible for weekly manpower planning.
- Stay current on company projects and branding.
- At least a Diploma in relevant field of study.
- Prior experience working as a production coordinator in the industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of industry market and conditions.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to start work within a short notice period or immediately preferred.
