Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,500 in CHEE YAM CONTRACTOR PTE. LTD. North Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost management, contract administration, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
• Evaluate quotations and recommend subcontractor appointments.
• Measure quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Administer contracts, progress claims, and variation orders.
• Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
• Verify subcontractor claims and final accounts.
• Liaise with project teams, consultants, and clients on contractual and commercial matters.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts and cost management.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
