Full Time Site Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,700.58 in Laras Jaya Construction Sarawak - Maukerja

Requirements:

- Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.

- Good knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Willing to work on-site and travel if required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site operations and construction activities.

- Monitor workers, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site.

- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, plans, and specification.

- Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.

- Check quality of materials and workmanship.

- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers.

- Track project progress and report updates to management.

- Resolve on-site issues and delays efficiently.

- Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.

- Ensure proper use of equipment and materials.

Pay: RM1,772.31 - RM4,700.58 per month
