ROLE OVERVIEW

Design, develop, and maintain Century Software's financial accounting and ERP software solutions. Write clean, scalable code, contribute to software architecture, and ensure high-quality, maintainable software products throughout the full SDLC.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design, architecture, and technical specifications based on business/functional requirements.

• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using .NET C# language and ASP.NET/ASP.NET Core framework.

• Develop using the XRP platform in accordance with defined coding standards and architectural guidelines.

• Work on relational databases — particularly SQL Server — for data modelling, stored procedures, and query optimisation.

• Develop integration points with external systems via SOAP/RESTful web services.

• Develop software that is high quality, maintainable, reliable, and modifiable by other developers.

• Test and deploy applications and systems following approved change management and release processes.

• Prepare Test Unit Reports for completed developments, documenting test cases, outcomes, and defects.

• Develop documentation throughout the SDLC including technical specifications, code comments, and deployment guides.

• Identify areas for modification and improvement in existing programmes and implement enhancements. • Test and evaluate new programmes, frameworks, and technologies for potential adoption.

• Maintain and upgrade existing systems, ensuring compatibility, stability, and performance.

• Adhere to all company development standards, security guidelines, and professional ethics codes.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in building web applications using ASP.NET/ASP.NET Core.

• Fresh graduates with strong programming fundamentals and a learning mindset are encouraged to apply.
