Role: Customer Service / Call Center Executive

Location: Kuala Lumpur

• Minimum 1-2+year of experience in relevant email handling/customer service and insurance background.  To handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• To perform verification and follow‑up calls where required
• To resolve customer issues within agreed turnaround times and service levels.
• To update & record calls record in dedicated system.
• To provide accurate information, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to customer satisfaction
