Job Title: Site Supervisor (Fire Protection Systems)

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor with strong knowledge of Fire Protection Systems to oversee daily site operations and ensure that all installation works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and Singapore standards.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in fire protection works and be capable of coordinating with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the daily progress of fire protection system installation works, including sprinkler, hydrant, hose reel, fire alarm, and related systems.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and Singapore regulations.
• Coordinate and liaise effectively with the Main Contractor, consultants, clients, and relevant authorities.
• Plan, organize, and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project schedules.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
• Monitor project progress and promptly resolve site issues to avoid delays.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical support when required.
• Ensure workers follow safe work procedures and company safety policies at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supervising Fire Protection System projects in Singapore.
• Strong technical knowledge of fire protection systems including sprinkler systems, fire hydrants, hose reels, fire alarm systems, and related M&E works.
• Familiar with Singapore Codes of Practice, SCDF requirements, and industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction plans.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with main contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Possess a valid Site Supervisor Safety Course (SSSC) certificate.
• Possess Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) certifications relevant to site supervision.
• Additional certifications such as BCSS, CSOC, or other relevant Singapore construction and safety certificates will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
• Able to work independently under pressure and meet project deadlines.
