Full Time Junior Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Telediant Engineering Sarawak - Maukerja

Your primary job function and responsibilities are as follows:

Technical and Documentation:

· Assisting engineers in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment.

· Attending site installation works and coordinating with team onsite.

· Work with senior engineers, IT teams, and vendors to implement new technology and resolve issues.

· Monitor system performance and provide 2nd/3rd level support to resolve incidents and minimize downtime.

· Providing technical support to internal and external customers.

· Developing and maintaining helpdesk standard operating procedure (SOP) and documentation.

· Create and update infrastructure documentation, procedures, and system diagrams.

· However, your duties are not limited to the given job description, and you are required to follow instructions from your superior.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
