Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative support to the laboratory especially to the Laboratory Manager.
• Assist in document control & filing while retaining a good level of accuracy & efficiency.
• Daily tasks include assisting in generating COA reports daily using NAVARIK and ensuring that all information on the reports is accurate.
• Daily invoicing for completed Lab Jobs.
• Coordinate incoming laboratory samples, courier services, and document deliveries.
• Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and other administrative documents.
• Maintain accurate records, document control, filing systems, and data entry in accordance with company procedures.
• Coordinate the procurement of office stationery, pantry supplies, PPE, and other administrative requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining organised documentation and records.
• Assist in office security, visitor registration, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) administrative activities.
• Perform any other administrative or ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel.
• Good working attitude, willing to learn and work hard.
• Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail with good typing and data entry skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
• Has initiative & self-motivated.
