Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • System Monitoring: Track uptime, network performance, and capacity planning to prevent unplanned outages.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise system administrators, network engineers, and IT help desk staff.
  • Security & Compliance: Enforce data protection policies, firewalls, and disaster recovery plans.
