Maintenance Engineer

1. On-Site System Troubleshooting

Act as the L1 and L2 escalation point for all technical issues across multiple client environments.

Investigate root-cause analysis (RCA), incident resolution, and long-term corrective action planning.

Diagnose advanced issues, credentialing workflows, hardware faults, network routing, and subsystem integrations.

Engage vendor support teams for deep-dive troubleshooting, bug escalations, and patch management.

Perform hardware replacement, firmware upgrade and system patching.

2. Multi-Platform System Expertise

Hands-on expertise in various Systems will be an advantage:

Gallagher

LenelS2 OnGuard

Genetec

Milestone VMS

Ability to configure, integrate, and optimize controllers, readers, credential formats, PIN/biometric workflows, and enterprise permissions across platforms is essential.

3. Maintenance, Optimization & Lifecycle Management

Implement system preventive maintenance, system health checks, and upgrade / patching.

Ensure proper documentation: Service reports, update of any design document if any change or upgrade of hardware or firmware.
